Shipping Information

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for every shipment.  

Insight™ eye care vitamins will take 2 to 3 business days to be shipped and will get to you via priority mail shipping.

If you have any further questions in regards to your package or if you have special instructions for shipping please email us at: shipping@eyecarevitamins.com and we will respond accordingly.

We only charge shipping for the 1 month supply of Insight eye care vitamins, the three and six month supply shipping is Free.

Refunds

• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return at our facility.
• If the refund is due to a shipping error by us, then we will refund your shipping charges for returning the item(s) to us.  This will require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). 
• In cases of shipping errors on our part, to be entitled to a refund of your shipping charges, the order must be shipped back to us UPS Ground Delivery.  All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact our office for the RA#. 
• If you need to return an unopened item, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
• If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the return shipping costs of your order from your refund.
